I will have a play around with golems a mo and see if I can get it to work. You are using a clay golem with a fluid core right?
Update: Just tested it with a clay golem moving lava from a crucible into a transposer and it worked fine. You need to place the golem on the inventory you want the fluid keeping in. So Place the golem on the transposer and tell him which crucible you want him to pull out of and he will. Let me know if you have any other problems with them.
Glad to help And Aye thats really lucky! Its only about a 10% chance so on average from 3 stacks you would expect maybe about 20 sulphur +/- a few. But hey RNG is RNGWow...so I messed around with this for a good thirty minutes and I NEVER thought to try attaching the golem to the transposer as opposed to the crucible. I knew it was something stupid I was doing wrong. Thanks so much for your help!
Thought I'd weigh in on the Sulphur thing. I received all the sulphur I needed from 3 stacks of coal ore, which I received as a side effect of buying redstone and lead I needed for other things. That being said, I felt awfully lucky to get that much sulphur out of the three stacks of coal ore.
I'm not sure if I'm being completely obtuse but it seems like the only way to craft obsidian is in the personal crafting 2x2, since the cyclic assemblers just don't seem to like the recipe. I'm currently playing on a server, but I tried the recipe in an assembler in single player and it didn't seem to work there either.
Is obsidian meant to be made in such an awkward way?
I played this before it was on the launcher and it wasn't finished yet, more like proof of concept. It's cool to see what all those gates are for. that's a neat game mechanic. NOW I understand what all the hubbub was about the tops of machines. Yeah, that's a bit irritating.
So, I suck at golems. I know quite a bit but even then, I don't think that's alot. What I do know tho is they only carry one item at a time unless you're able to apply those things to them. The things being the things I can't remember now The only things I see in the shop are the animation cores, not upgrades. Are we going to be able to buy any of those later on and have them unlocked at a certain point or you have to deal with things as they are?
Considering the spacing between say the pulverizers and the furnaces, a golem running back and forth early game, carrying one dust a piece doesn't even come close to keeping up with the furnace. Early game is supposed to be slow, I understand that. How does this improve tho? So far, I've just been loading/unloading machines on my own for the most part so I don't have to wait so long.
yeah, I probably have stuff backwards... Again, frustration level isn't high. I just couldn't get over the speed issue. Are there anyone making LP's or anything? I thought magz did one, so maybe I'll look that up.Your thinking of the Animation cores. The upgrades are the ones made from shards that increase filtering abilites, carry amount, speed etc.
For a fill golem you most put him ON the inventory you want him to fill and tell him which inventories to pull out off.
Tip for quick silver, put it in a storngbox, pick up the box and press shift over it in ya inventory and it will say X - quicksilver
Yes, I have asked before, but this is a major pain for me. What is the "expected" way of producing obsidian? I am able to do so only manually. I am getting very tempted to just forgo the no machine rule and make myself an extruder.
Does anyone have a server for this?
There are no server files for this pack. It is not designed for multiplayerWhere are the server files?
