The twilight forest ground level is lower then the overworld on adverage it starts at 40 i believe which is below the level where most opper spawns. mine it in the overworld and bring it back to your base, or use lava.

Yes it works very well, I have one running and when the boiler hits max capacity you mind as well send the rest to a diamond farm with the first stop being the boiler for when 1 coal burns out.

Yes you can automate alvearies, i had some question as to how but i figured out a way with some help :)

With extra bees, farmed bees, have a faster pollination if you want a little extra umphh haven't discovered a beed with fastest yet. Side note: If anyone tells me how to add spoilers ill add the combination to get farmed bees for those who want it.

I had this problem when updating to the new version. Even restoring a backup file I had downloaded before updating the server the problem persisted. All newly generated ones seem to be fine though.

Bees get added to the database when they finish a cycle in an apiary not the beealyzer.

Extra bees has bees for mods but I do not believe those bees are unlocked unless that mod is installed, I remeber reading on the issue tracker something about the bauxite bee not working properly when gregtech was installed (worked fine for me) but I assumed this ment that mod dependant bees...

From the way it's described it sounds like the server-side and client-side ID's are mis-matching. Or the installation was only successful on the client side thus making it appear as a valid recipe but not actually able to craft.
