It's a newer pack. Give it some time and I'm sure people will update their packs for compatibility.

And now to make myself like a hypocrite, I think I might go with an ME Encoder solution. I don't really like the process, but I'm planning on doing a lot of stuff with ME networks and such.

Alright, just to clarify on my intentions: - When I search for an item, I find the recipe - When I click the "?" from NEI, I want the recipe to be ghosted into the crafting grid and persist until I craft the item Is there anything that will do this? Or some variation of that?

Yes, that is what I'm trying to do. Is there anything that does that by default, as in without needing to craft something to get it to stay? 1) I'll have to try that as well 2) I knew of that because I did that a few times while making chests and stuff.

I'll have to look at my YouTube history then and see if I can find the video of where I saw the functionality. I wanna say it couldn't have been a project table, but (from what I remember) it had the exact same layout. :/ I can obviously live without the persistent recipe, but it would be easy...

I follow him as well as Etho (ethoslab), Stephen (Wolv21) and Luclin (Minecraftwb) I've gotten really interested in Wolv and Luclin's LP because they are both learning the FTB pack as well. If anyone wants to look up their series, it's called "FTB - Feed Teh Noobs"

When you use a scroll or whatever, can you just leave a blank one in the slot instead of fully saving the recipe? I might have just missed the scroll part, and was curious as to what the slot to the left of the 3x3 crafting grid was. I'll give that a shot though, thanks!

Would that also hold it even if you didn't have every required item? I more or less need it to hold the recipe for when I don't have all the items required on me

Would that be the only machine that holds the recipe? I could have sworn it was the project table, but I could be wrong. I'll try to find the video to see if I can see what the item was they were using
