Are the scrolls required in order for recipes to persist? Unless I'm thinking of a different machine/item, I've seen people just click the little question mark for how to craft an item and the project table remembered it without the use of making any scrolls and such.

Does anyone else have issues with the project table not holding a recipe when you exit it? Say you click the "?" to put a recipe then either hit E or ESC (escape) to get out of it, then go back into it and the recipe doesn't stay in the table. I thought maybe it was an issue with being on a...
