    I had a similar issue and bumped up the MaxPermSize in my JVM arguments and that fixed it. The huge fps drop was probably the Java garbage collector eating itself while running out of memory. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    No Thermal Expansion (1.6), need Liquid Transposer and Ingnious Extruder alts.

    Last I knew, the fuel did not affect heat up times. Only the size and type (HP vs LP) affect heat up times.

    Here's a couple of screenshots of my setup in case they are helpful. This is a stack of 24 magmatic engines, six layers of four engines each. The red rednet color is for redstone energy cell empty. The green rednet color is for redstone energy cell full. White is the output sent to the engines.

    Retrieve a limited amout of items from ME Network

    One way to make this work is to use a sub-network with a storage bus applied to your ender chest. Then use level emitters from the sub-network to control exporters from your main network pointing to an Interface belonging to your sub-network.
