You wont find a modpack with it. The dev hasn't given permission except for a Technic I believe.

You will want to add all your engines to your explodables list. If I remember right, if you don't and they overheat the explosion just keeps going over and over.

Some plugins might work since they are backwards compatible. All the plugins will say what version they are compatible with.

You might want to just wipe the perms you have and start over. You only have to give the perms you want, you wont need to deny as many as you did. They are denied by default.

Yes and no. From what I've seen most vanilla blocks will be OK. You might see some blocks get mixed up, but then you can just do a //replace command.

Also are you using dynmap?
