    Looks like the map was generated in an older version of the pack, I'm guessing 1.0.2. There was an incorrect config file shipped with that version for BoP. I am assuming it's all fixed again now and that's why your seeing this as some biomes were turned off. Not really a bug.

    I was talking to Peroc but since I'm back here now, Your 32-bit Java could be interfering with the loading process. It is recommended to remove all but the latest 64-bit Java for this pack.

    Essentially it's doing that because your on a 32 bit system. I seen others have some success running the pack by disabling some of the more memory intensive mods. There is however FTB Lite which you may have a better time with running.

    MFR Crash

    Still seeing the purple and black squares however but the world seems stableish. The squares are spawning above 128 and since I am using ATG I see them a bit. If you smack them with anything they just vanish so I'm not sure what is causing them or why.

    Yeah it can destroy worlds, I have it in solely for worldgen purposes for when (hopefully) it gets updated.

    The Binnie's mod version I am using works fine in the DW20 pack, I don't have Natura installed. I also have the latest version of MFR that was supplied in the Tech World 2 pack. I have however found the culprit for the crash and it is Artifice. Removing it fixed the crash.

    Ok so I'm putting together a modpack mixture, basically a MagiTech modpack. I have taken the new TechWorld 2 pack and added in a bunch of magic mods plus some others. Aside from a couple of ID conflicts all seemed to be working all good. For completeness here is the added mods not in FTB 1.6.4...

    Yeah, there is an update to morph 0.5.0, don't know if that will fix it tho Edit: Actually it probably would fix it as changelog says it fixes crashes caused by fake players

    I'd try removing all your Java versions and then reinstall Java 1.7.0.45 64 bit.

    That one looks to me like it's actually being caused by Morph.

    Maybe try to update your Java to 1.7.0.45 and see if that fixes things. Also completely removing all other Java installs might help as well.

    This kind of thing is pretty normal to see when you update as sometimes mod developers do change things from time to time. From what I've seen it's usually harmless.
