The waypoints have a beacon functionality built in so that is probably what you mean. If not, Im not quite sure.

I use Sphax for the most part, but it has been tough finding the xycraft textures for it. Right now some of the blocks are textured but some of the newer ones (fabricator, valve) still have the default texture from the mod.

Just keep the same drones and the same princess in one apiary until you get stackable drones every time the queen dies. When the drones stack every time, you know they are same, and thus meaning they are purebred bees. Hope this helps.
