    You can play the pack without using that java argument, because my understanding is that's needed for endgame stuff. At least, is what I'm doing. When I reach CC end game (and if I reach it) I will have to activate this alternative GC. But is probably it will get fixed before I reach that point...

    Unstable propolis has uses. I'm not familiarized with it, but I can them see in my NEI. Maybe the recipes are hidden in your NEI? What mod could possible hide recipes until you research them?

    Agricraft has its own resource crops. They are used in AS2 for example. In regrowth those were disabled in favor of Magic Crops

    yes it is. I built a big dome out of it :) For naquadah is easier to go sodium/titanium in the fussion chamber. Just need some power (I did it with around 19k Rf/t)

    That is just a dark room, right? not actually a spawner there? Probably there are too many caves for it to work. I guess you will have to wait until you can craft cursed earth

    I would like to use the apiarist pipe :) Also, thanks to regrowth, I like the BC pipes a lot more than before. PS: You should consider adding BC without creating quests for it, just as a bonus mod one can use if already know it. Maybe quests for a bee that produce oil, but not for the pipes...

    I think is not because it seems to be tweaked by the pack creator. IRC you will get some essences, that at the most just make the process of acquiring a particular seed a little bit easier. Is not like finding a redstone seed in early game (that would have helped me a lot)

    Try droping and picking up stuff. Seeds, essence, ore and ingots of anything that could be related. Specially the mekanism metal (forgot the name). For another person the problem was thaumcraft, and it was resolved with an iron wand (crafting or picking up, not sure)
