Sorry, I've never actually made my own server, just adminned them, so I wouldn't know. You'd probably be able to find Essentials on google pretty easily though; if all else fails there's a dedicated section of this forum for this exact kind of thing (Server admin section or something)

That's a plugin, it might be Essentials or something like that, but bear in mind that many plugins are not Forge-Compatible (luckily I think essentials is)

No.... Because rockies are hive bees, so you'd not need to breed them. Commons require breeding, although a tiny amount of it.

You'll just ruin the few bees you have. Don't breed randomly, you won't even get to commons yet. And I'm going to be honest here. You'll probably never get xp bees. They're some of the highest-tier ones available, and you obviously are new to them. I expect an update which requires a map reset...

Whilst I accept that snowy bees are a blight upon humanity, the worst of all are Marshy bees. I hate the little buggers.

River biome will pretty much cover anything useful other than Nether bees. As will mountain or plains, TBH. You'll never actually need to breed the likes of snowy bees so don't worry about anything like that.
