This server is officially dead. Everyone who was recently active on it is endgame and logging in less and less frequently. I've learned from the mistakes and mis-steps and will likely try again fresh with the next version/pack that suits my interests. Though I may post about that in other venues.

Sorry, there's other troubleshooting stuff I could do if you're up for it, such as comparing checksums of your files versus mine to see what differ (or worse if /none/ differ and it's some crazy condition of one thing or another winning out in loading order).
