I think I found the problem, are the tesseracts on ignore redstone mode? (the gunpowder image) because otherwise your redstone torches can interfere with the tesseracts... edit : omicon said it already, my bad :P

it could be a config problem because whenni added flans i needed to tinker a bit with the configs.

I think configs allow you to say what trees the axe can bring down, altough FTB should cover that (I'm not sure tho so if I'm wrong don't yell at meh :))
