Does it work? i have a iron tank filled with milk, with liquiduct pipes outputting(can see milk flowing in the pipe) it into a liquid tesseract, but the liquid tesseract at my home base isn't receiving the milk. I have liquiduct pipes also receiving the milk.
Tesseract at the iron tank is owner>send only.
Tesseract at base is owner> receive only.

if liquiduct is able to transfer a liquid, then tesseract should have no problem with it.
you need to check:
1 frequency
2 redstone control
3 if sending and receiving chunks are loaded

1. Both are 66 frequency
2. redstone at the tank makes it flow into the pipe, but the redstone torch at the base doesn't do anything to the pipe, when i open or close the pipe by hitting it with a wrench.
3. both the areas are covered by a chunk loader.

so yea. i duno whats wrong. i uploaded screenshots of open/closed liquiduct pipes at home tesseract with redstone torch and the setup at the tank.

Check if the liquiduct on the receiving side is set to forced extraction mode (wrenched to show the arrow). If so, that's wrong. It needs to be in default mode, since the tesseract outputs by itself. Using forced extraction mode without a redstone signal on the liquiduct will result in no liquid flowing.

EDIT: Seems like you took care of that already.

Oh: the redstone torch at the tank will shut off the tesseract unless the tesseract is configured to ignore redstone signals (or require a high signal; default is low).

I think I found the problem, are the tesseracts on ignore redstone mode? (the gunpowder image) because otherwise your redstone torches can interfere with the tesseracts...

edit : omicon said it already, my bad :p
