Thanks, that fixed it! To disable the invisible blocks go into the Railcraft item config and disable the Trackman's goggles. Of course it means you don't get the trackman's goggles but I doubt that's much of an issue.

Question regarding RotaryCraft: oftentimes when planting canola, it will instantly pop out of the ground. It seems like there are certain x/z coordinates that do not accept canola, even if the conditions are identical to a block you can plant on. Why does this happen, and how do you fix it?

Yeah, if you try to pipe items in the items will only want to go into specific slots, so your best bet is to empty it and let it fill automatically.

Yeah, I think if you pipe ingredients in they all have to go into specific spots. I had previously filled it by hand, unknowingly putting stuff in the wrong slots. Go figure.

I would install EE3 and get a minium stone by trading with villagers. No pipes, itemducts, conveyor belts, etc. You may only use water channels to move items.
