TBH I think you may need to expand your mod list to include a TE3 Liquid Transposer. I know you mentioned just wanting those three mods, but that'll do what you want 100% reliably. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

There's a complex explanation for this, but the short answer is that it has to do with the way mods/mod authors interact with Java and you should probably just get used to seeing stuff like that in the console. I think Eyamaz posted a more detailed explanation of console error spam somewhere...

When updating any pack, make absolutely certain that all disabled-by-default mods are enabled before loading your world. This is usually the reason for BoP blocks disappearing between updates. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

All right, two options; put a pipe sticking out from the valve and put the tank on top of that, or use a wooden waterproof pipe to the top of the p-tank with a redstone engine attached, to a non-wooden waterproof pipe attached to the RC tank. To the best of my knowledge, either should work.

They're in the neighbourhood of 60-120mb each. I don't think the sizes are actually listed anywhere.
