Eloraam has already said she's working on 1.5. Slowpoke has already said that FTB probably will not be going to 1.5 until 1.6 vanilla comes out, so if 1.6 gets released 2 days after RP 1.5, it will be right about on time.

What twisto51 said. Take a couple pieces of wood and throw it in all 3 slots. The cart will refuel itself from what it harvests. If you leave a slot empty, though, it may fill that empty slot with saplings, so make sure you put some in all three. I do this through a cargo manager, by the way...
