I find Rubber Trees in most biomes with trees. I never find them in wastelands, glaciers, etc. I do find them in redwood forests, the forested islands, etc. I had to travel a little bit in my current world, cause I was between a taiga forest (which doesn't have any?) and a redrock hills biome.
