    Finding/Breeding a Common Bee

Yes, crossbreeding any two different bees that you get from hives (so Forest, Meadows, Modest, Wintry, and in your case Mystic) have a chance of mutating to common. Since you have a Princess and a Drone that are both Common hybrids, just keep breeding them together and trying to get a purebred...

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

1.1.5 is released! This version mostly has UI improvements and new TESRs. Full changelog is on the first page.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

All good! Don't worry about the delays - I've been super busy with university as well.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

Just pushed out 1.1.1c to CurseForge, which enables the Monkey Wrench to rotate inventoried blocks (such as machines) as well.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

Sorry, didn't see this until now. This is correct - in addition, once the part is able to break, that % chance increases every operation until it does. Also, version 1.1.0 is released! EDIT: Version 1.1.1 is currently going through CurseForge. By (very) popular demand, you can now shift-click...

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

Use an Extraction Pump. EDIT: This will be fixed in the next update.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

Different part tiers with different lifetimes are now functionally in place; however, there is still work to be done for crafting recipes and the multitude of new sprites. I may consider giving different parts other effects in the future; however, remember that machine upgrades are also a thing...

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

It's not an inventory - item entities are dropped into the top and come out one of the sides or the bottom.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

What's holding you back from 1.12? :p Anyway, new update! This one's a minor, quality-of-life one, but it's (slightly) bigger than the stealth-bugfixes I've been pushing out lately. Changes: Started on the basis for adding different tiers of parts which last longer (no functional change yet)...

    Factory Tech Series

I really like this idea - it's one I've been toying with myself for awhile. I think the way I'd like to do it is to have better parts be more complex or require higher tier machines to make, instead of just being more expensive. (But gold saw blades aren't happening. I may cut some corners...

Nice second episode! One tip, you can still use an Autocrafter if down the line the Chop Saw is consuming too much metal.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

Apparently that last update broke a bunch of things, and apparently there were even more bugs I didn't know about. Just pushed out 1.0.5a which fixes them.

    [1.12.2] Factory Tech: A challenging automation-focused tech mod (October 29: 1.6)

New version! The main feature is JEI integration for machines; in addition, the Blueprint Collection now remembers which page you closed it on and re-opens to it, which should make it less frustrating to use.

    Factory Tech Series

Did they? I actually haven't touched 1.12.2 outside of mod development. Oh well. EIO conduits are a bit too smart for my personal liking, but @Closet Gamer it's your world and your series so really you can do what you want. :)

Doesn't Thermal Dynamics have opaque itemducts?

    Factory Tech Series

You're right, using solve-everything automation like AE2, EIO, and Refined Storage kinda defeats the purpose. However, if FPS becomes too much of an issue, I don't see a problem with using simpler automation such as Thermal Dynamics.
