As an aside, if you're playing a 1.7.10 pack that has Tinkers Construct in it, the level of crossmod compatibility with thermal expansion is brilliant. You can put gold and silver in a smeltery (ores or ingots, it doesn't care which) and it'll automatically alloy them to make electrum for you :)

That is pretty interesting. This struck me as a pretty neat griefing tool though:

Ender-Teleport proof seared glass for a smeltery. And a recipe to directly boil down endermans into resonant/molten ender. And/or alloy molten ender with molten villager to make Endermeralds :)

Hmmm, this is interesting. So, since Pam's salt oredicts with Mek salt, what do you think about the cost/feasibility of running a totally automated production line of Pam's salt and running it through a condensentrator (or whatever it's called) to make brine instead of using an ungodly amount...

Is there a file I can edit to change the contents of the starter chest in MC? I don't generally add it to worldgen but it would be lulzy to remove the contents and add: Some dispensers, A bucket of water, Some redstone, Some redstone repeaters, Some redstone torches, Lots of TNT. /world :)

For reference, the blocks my infusion altar are built on is COMPLETELY covered on the underside with crystal clusters. The top side gets more decorative stuff like mob heads and candles. I occasionally get flux from big stuff but it's normally enough to keep a lid on things.

I had an idea of using spatial storage to store an arrangement of wither-proof blocks, soul sand and wither skelly heads, saved in a pre-spawn condition. You generate the terrain and it spawns a wither. Then you kill the wither. Rinse, repeat.

Honestly, you're better off sending everything off to sorted storage first then using one of the autocrafting mods (like AE or SFM or whatever) to set up export on demand to the SAG mill. That way you can have multiple item types sent to it without everything getting clogged up. But more on...

Auto-smelt would be a great effect to add to an AoE weapon. Set it off in a field of cows and you have an instant all-you-can eat steak buffet :)
