Hey I had the same issue. What I noticed is that I had to use a solid manulyn hammer to put a resonant flux capacitor :) Then cobalt used the tier below that in the capacitor. Hope that helps

So guys I decided today to speed up my auto crafting and I tried to make this compact. So right now there are about 75 assemblers and about 24 interfaces they all have max upgrade of 5 acceleration cards. So I tried a bit more to compact :)
