I use magic mirror (when placed in the block above the crucible the items always hit, if you place it higher you need blocks around it to "funnel" the items directly down(just 1 layer is needed)) and a magic hand mirror in my inventory to insert items via inventory rather than throwing them in.

I recently did this using a vanilla dispenser; cobble structure pipe with gate set to: items in inventory=redstone signal and emerald pipe set to only extract full buckets.

Manyullyn could be pretty straight forward as it depends on how many manyullyn bees you're willing to run, I'm slowly filling a steel tank with liquid manyullyn using just 1 production bee... but with 512 alvearies... hehe In other news I got my 1st octuple made, huzzah!

Mine is 2 precision buses on each bioreactor, 1 set to move items (seeds, nether wart, cocoa bans, carrots, potatoes, saplings and ink sacs) and the other set to always craft (pumpkin and melon seeds) all items grown in mfr farms (and rancher for the ink).
