[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Gimme a bit to build it in creative and I'll get you some more pics. The turbine design came from a youtuber called theminecrafters iirc, I just turned it.

So after grinding quite a bit, I've finished it! Turbine is a go! Reactor: 5 x 5 x 4 (3 x 3 x 2 hollow) 6x 2 long Rods - Configured in an "X" shape with the 6th rod filling in the back 48 yellorium to fill fuel rods 560c Casing Heat ~1180C Core heat 2000mB/t Steam 0.082mb/t Fuel burn up rate...

Mkay, so I have a 'burnup' reactor trying to get cyanite. I have it 9 blocks tall, 9 rods in a 5x5 reactor, and Im still only getting a burnup rate of ~.435mB/tick Any other ways to increase the burnup rate

That part of the quest book is hinting at sustainable food; not 'do this RIGHT now' sort of thing. Once you are able to produce a little dirt, sieve it for your fruit plants, peanuts, rice(or potatos or rye), and sugar cane seeds. Sandwiches are a-may-zing and if you don't like all the steps for...

Zombie flesh + salt = zombie jerky Zombie flesh on the rack where you get gun and wrench = Monster jerky (takes time) Bone + Pot + Mixing bowl = 3x Stock Stock + spider eye = soup

Heh, reading the conversation, what I came to post ties in QUITE nicely. I'm not sure of(or even if) SFM has a liquid limit. I had to move my water storage earlier and SFM moved 32 full drums of water (from 32 drums to 32 differing drums) in an single action. Now on to my tell. Working on...

Is there a way to *INCREASE* fuel burn up rate. Need Cyanite (was dumb and turned all of mine into blutonium). I have a 7x7x3 reactor filled entirely with 25 fuel rods but my burn up is only at roughly .148mb/tick

Liquid transfer nodes with upgrades is even easier :D

For RF outage, larger reactors are better. That is 5 rods are better than 3. BUT they consume more than linear fuel the larger they are. (Assuming the rods have the same amount of spacing between themselves and the casing, and any 'coolant' is the same) As for turbines, its not an entirely...

@Iskandar Suggestion: Instead of completely removing the reactor controller's recipe, make it require cyanite or blutonium. Either would require at least one visit to a reactor city to make a functioning reactor before a controller could be crafted while opening up possibilities later in...

@SmokeLuvr1971 When I said 'same chance' I meant 'similar chance'. Not necessarily the same chance for extra's, but rather that there was a chance for extras. With that said, thanks for the info! time to design an AA hammer system and SFM crafter :D

After more research, depending on taste/need the pulverizer would only be better for certain metal inputs. For example: Iron Gravel/sand/dust Ore produces 2x pulverized iron with the off-chance of making nickle Aluminum Gravel/Sand/ produce the next 'finer' tier of aluminum ore block with the...

Ahh, I knew the pulverizer had an secondary 'export' slot, didn't know they had the same chance to produce extras. kudos

Hammers have a small chance to produce 'extras'. For example, hammering iron ore gravel normally gives you 4 crushed iron ore (IIRC), but there's a chance for it to give you 5

*JUST* dusts, or gravel and sand versions aswell

I've had a question about this, and no one seems to be able to answer it: Does it only apply to the Gravel, Sand, and Dust versions of the 'ore', or does the increase also apply to Broken, Crush, Pulverized bits aswell?

My previous comment was satirical and not meant to be taken seriously. But the thing is, if the basic smeltery is able to smelt everything coming out of your 'ore creation'(sieves, laser, what-have-you), then there's no real speed gain. The high oven would be just rushing to wait. That isn't to...

OFCOURSE! That's the whole point! I'll conserve my 2x fully upgraded JABBA charcoal barrels using the basic smeltery! :P

Speed isn't an issue for me, once you have a few stacks of basic-metal blocks, you really don't need lightning speed smelting

It depends on timing. If say 3 copper and a tin where to enter to controller at the same time, they'd mix before the fluid duct could pull either out. Back when I was playing Agrarian Skies, I had a setup exactly like you mentioned, but every now and then I'd get some mixing
