    What I did was delete the individual potion id assignments in the AM2 and Witchery config files, then in the Witchery file I told it to start at 200 for Witchery potion ids.     MFR Laser Drill and the Deep Dark are options from the mods in the pack although they could both be disabled one way or another. I haven't gotten far enough to explore those possibilities and probably won't since the initial resource grind is such a nightmare. Nether might be an option for some...

    You're on a skyblock, if you run short of bonemeal you forgot the basic mob spawning room that should have been one of your first projects. :) The TiCon hatchet you made for tree chopping works fairly well on mobs too.

    You don't need flint&steel to open a Nether portal, fyi. Bucket of lava and a block of wood will do the trick. Used it in this pack to light Netherrack to heat a crucible long before I had steel.

    I found out the memory leak we were having on the server: ender quarry. Ender Quarry running: Server runs out of memory in a day. No Ender Quarry running? Server doesn't run out of memory, even after a couple weeks.

    Something in this pack has started running our server out of memory within ~16 hours of previous restart. Wasn't that way the first week or so on the pack. Not sure how/if I can look at memory utilization on per mod basis?

    I prefer Journeymap/Mapwriter because they remember discovered terrain. Used to prefer Mapwriter to Journeymap but mapwriter almost always bugs out eventually whereas Journeymap seems to "just work" nowadays.
