You can configure what items go into the backpacks by adding their IDs to forestry/backpacks.cfg

I remember seeing it on the floor of the quarry. It really stood out, surrounded by lava or obsidian. Perhaps it was one of those special overworld spawns, like finding nether hives surrounded in glowstone?

Just completed a 100 chunks quarry for the Monster private pack, which returned an average of 15 Mimichite per chunk. I'm not sure what the recipe requires or what the payoff is per ore.

The FTB team doesn't considers it safe, not while there's a known fluid bug that corrupts worlds and the mod dev is currently absent. I'm torn between adding the 1.6 dev version or trying out the new bee mod in the pack. Might give something new a try. Can you share a link to the fix please?

Looks like in the private pack they configured CoFH WorldCustomGen for ATG. Includes Alum (y128-170), Apatite, Certus (105-140), Coal, Iron (128-192), Silver (195-220), Gold (ditto), Copper (100-135) & Tin (140-160), so mountaineering wont be without its rewards

Not reading too much into it, but the private pack (which we assume the team used for testing), LycanitesMobs, MeteorCraft and BoP were disabled by default. Also, BigReactors is included - so perhaps this is an oversight on the Confluence page or it was dropped at the last minute?

I believe Eyamaz or Slow mentioned they were testing custom world generation configs for when ATG is enabled.

check the configs, but Dark Iron is the deepest of all ores, generally between Y levels 2 ~ 7. Its easy to miss.

Has there been any more news on Mindcrack 1.6.4?
