Smell it? I have been swimming in it the last few days, those tantalizing screenshots from IRC and the wiki are keeping me on 1.5.2 until its out.
Also put me down for testing if you need more testers.
More like 3. Direwolf has to sleep, eat, do his normal job, etc. With any time he has left, he has to try and interact with his fans, record, edit, upload, and research information for his builds and mod spotlights.
Link to said video? There is the Tubes mod which adds an almost exact replacement of RP2 tubes and TE3 is going to have something similar, but I always like having options.
If your using Gregtech btw, you can make a vacuum freezer. Any coolant cells placed in there will be reset back to normal temperature. Even with the power required to run the vacuum freezer, you should have a sizable surplus.
What stage in the game are you? The best solution is a floor made of Applied Energistics Transition Planes. Any eggs that get spawned on the sewer will be lost, but at worst it would be a 1/25th of the eggs.
Another solution is a floor of hoppers, but chickens may occasionally fall through and...
Um, you might be a little confused. This is a place for FTB servers, we don't cover enterprise stuff.
You might have slightly more luck here, but this is a fairly rare request even there: http://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/
Also, do all your requirements have to be in one box? If you can load...
Nope. I just stop playing if I get annoyed. There will always be another day and its better to go enjoy a different game than waste time on something I am going to hate.
Well, if Nallar doesn't want it. . .
;)
Anyways, Nallar updated the readme file on Github. He is currently taking a break because of school work. So it probably won't matter how much money we throw at him, education isn't really optional in most cases.
Its possible, but it provides a nice buffer and it only costs 8 planks. I also do this so I can hide both the import bus and the interface in the wall with facades.
Would someone mind testing without the chest?
Don't even bother running a server on that. Upload speed is what matters most for a server and you have enough upload for maybe 1 person if your lucky. Its pretty sad, you have a nice computer with a powerful processor but your internet speed just isn't enough.
Yup, although you can't change the recipe. So you need 1 rolling machine per recipe that you want to autocraft. Its a neat trick that was originally used in BuildCraft autocrafting tables when using ingredients that didn't stack. That got nerfed so you have to use hoppers, but the rolling...
Put a chest next to the rolling machine and attach the interface to that. Put the recipe in the rolling machine. Attack an import bus to the rolling machine.
Hiding things in impossible to see white text ain't cool. As for your question hisagishi, what kind of hard drive do you have? When Minecraft is generating chunks, it becomes very CPU and disk intensive. I found putting FTB on a solid state drive helped immensely, having a poorly performing...
Yup, MPS will drain any energy containing items it can find, even ones your not wearing. It starts in the top left slot and ends in the bottom right. I don't use batteries in my power armor, I just carry around 2 lapotronic energy orbs or whatever that hold 10 million EU each.
Don't get me wrong, this sounds great but it really belongs in its own game.
It would require several months of converting the existing game and mods, and squishing all the bugs that can and will come with it. Those several months would be better spent adding new features and working on other...
Not really a discovery. Mods don't lower FPS at all and neither do texturepacks if you have enough VRAM. What drops FPS is a lot of chunk updates, entities, tile entities, etc.
If you make a 30x30x30 cube of furnaces and put coal in them all at the same time, your FPS would vanish. Vanilla can...
Exactly, I don't see a problem with the existing system. This basically creates lower render distances by slicing the world into more pieces.
This is a case of their being 99 little bugs in the code and your going to end up with 117 little bugs by making this change. Eventually you would get...
