Can you try a new world and just cheat stuff in to check that mobs spawn. Also if you press F7 do you see red x's in your spawner or even yellow ones. Also did you try the cofh command I mentioned above.

I honestly do not see the fascination with veinminer. If it is in the pack I will use it, if not I am not bothered. Everytime someone makes a new pack there are always several users that ask is veinminer in the pack.

The error is related to your video card. Check for an update for it. Go to manufucturers website for any updates and don't use the update driver method.

There is a mob cap limit. Move then to another dimension so that more will spawn. If you have not gotten there yet then if possible safari net them.

Try a fresh install of the pack. Then check for a video driver update. Nothing happened like this when I updated.

Some but not all of the mods you added are not, as you say, the most up to date versions because I checked. The crashlog mentions an issue with buildcraft and the enhanced portals mod. Also if a mod is has not been updated for nearly a year you can bet that it's not going to be. You could try...

The server side error mentions a creeper being in the wrong place. Remove it from your world using mcedit. Backup your world first. The client side mentions fastcraft. Try removing that.

Your error is completely different. Did you just upgrade to windows 10? The error is caused by having incorrect drivers installed. I see that you have two video cards in your system. Try setting java to use the other one. If you get the same error then you will need to update the drivers.
