Not sure if it is causing your issue but it looks like you have 8gb of total memory and you are trying to give java that amount. Lower it to 4gb. Click force update and see if that helps.

What is causing the crash? Post the crash log please. It was crashing with a lumber axe in 2.5.3 but that was fixed in 2.5.4 It was also crashing when using the draconic staff of power. But you would not really need to use veinminer when using those tools.

Make sure you have the latest java installed. Now launch curse and click the gear and choose minecraft and scroll down and select the jar launcher and choose the latest java. Try launching the pack again. Edit: @dmniticrtdit Follow @mc.crab advice. I would still use the most recent java as well...

You always take a backup first as a rule.

Delete the simple achievements folder from your save. As always take a backup before you make any changes.

Try deleting the chickenchunks folder from your save. If that does not work then try disabling the chichenchunks mod.

That is a dat file not your world save.

Documents folder is the default location. Just search for it.

Just checked and the TE sawmill does the same thing. It seems like a recipe derp. Most likely @Darkosto should be able to fix it in the next update. Just use the normal way for the moment.

In version 2.5.4 of the pack this option was disabled because it doesn't work half the time. If you wish to put up the issues you can re-enable it in the config.

I had the same issue where extra cells for some reason would not download. Just get the version that is on the server.

Change the pattern to the correct nugget.
