If you already did force update and it still is not fixed this might be hard to fix. Twy whitelisting <ftb installation>\libraries\ and do force update again. Also try deleting <ftb installation>\libraries\com\google\guava\guava\17.0\guava-17.0.jar and then force update.

Edit your profile, enable "Remember auth token", log in succesfully once and then try offline mode again. If it still does not work try deleting and recreating your profile.

What did you test? At least you have not applied workaround which fixes the problem.

Configure your antivirus/firewall not to "fix" files by XXX. XXX = whitelist FTB URLs, disable HIPS if using ESET etc. Check your antivirus/firewall's documentation for exact guide and configure it to inform if file is "fixed".
