Interesting idea for starting new worlds

Getting a wooden pickaxe in the starting chest saves maybe 20 seconds and doesn't really change the game, unless you really subscribe to the roleplaying no tree-punching rule. In which case, what do you do if an axe doesn't spawn in the chest?

    Gregtech Advanced Regulators

Well it won't run out because it's stuffed both inputs with two items of the same type (invalid recipe), so the machine does nothing, and AE never gets its crafting result.

    Gregtech Advanced Regulators

It shouldn't, but I can verify that it does. If I request more than 128 hardened glass, for example, my induction smelter gets loaded with one full stack and one partial stack of pulverized obsidian, and is of course now stuck. Edit: Maybe it's 256, but the result is the same. Ask for too...

Does We gonna play soon on FTB 1.5.

how is babby formed how is babby formed I would like it if there was an Ultimate variant that included the UE mods. I want a particle accelerator so bad!

The New Tekkit Pack (no IC2, no RP2, adds GalactiCraft)

They list Modular Power Suits, so no fear, there is a power tool! Regarding AE, I will never play Minecraft without it again. Yay-E.

Why would AE stop crafting for no reason??

I've noticed that if one task is held up for some reason (invalid recipe, items disappeared unexpectedly [e.g. pipe spill], machine took too long [power shortage]), then occasionally ALL jobs will be stuck until the root issue is solved. Try going through your patterns to check for invalid...

    Traincraft vs Railcraft

My experience with Traincraft is limited, but I believe the two mods have different purposes. Traincraft is more about aesthetics and imagination, and Railcraft is more about expanding Minecraft gameplay. Other than the fact that they both add locomotives, I don't consider them to be competing...

Interesting idea for starting new worlds

Feed a piece of uranium dust to two of them to get a nuclear creeper...trap it in a containment field and power your base with it!

    2560 X 1440 monitors

True, but FTB can bring any current card to its knees. Hopefully the new tile entity special rendering feature in Forge for 1.5 will alleviate this.

Computercraft touchscreen box to open website

He may mean clicking on it actually opens Paypal on the user's Windows/Mac/Linux computer, in an external browser. I don't think Computercraft allows this; it'd be a very risky feature.

    Applied Energistics automation question 1.5.1

No problem. As I mentioned earlier, my preferred method is to have a unique crucible/transposer pair for each liquid, and keep them filled up by an export bus. This saves some time since I don't have to wait for the magma crucible to melt things down first, and actually uses the same or less...

Minecraft 1.5.1 and the new MC Forge...¿Optifine needed?

I can't find much information on this. Which version of Forge for 1.4.7 was it added in? Also, any chance you could provide a comparison in a well-developed world which caused severe performance loss before this feature?

    Applied Energistics automation question 1.5.1

Make a shapeless pattern with an unfilled tesseract or energy cell frame and 4 ender pearls or 16(?) redstone dust. Put the pattern in an interface beside a chest. Have a Redpower sorting machine pull the materials out and send the pearls/dusts to the crucible, and the frame to the transposer...

    Applied Energistics automation question 1.5.1

I personally handle this by having a unique crucible and transposer pair for every liquid type needed in a recipe. If you involve Redpower or Buildcraft, with an intermediate chest, it is possible to do what you have asked. Interface with recipe beside the chest, Buildcraft diamond pipe or...

    2560 X 1440 monitors

Speaking from my experience, there's a difference between full screen and windowed at 2560x1440. I don't know why. I do wish the UI scale option was a slider though.

    2560 X 1440 monitors

You may find that the user interface is either too large (Auto) or too small (Large) or waaaaaaaaaaaay too small (Medium or Small) in full screen mode. It scales a little better in windowed mode/Auto though.

Nano Saber vs Sharpness V diamond sword

The new railgun is loads of fun, especially because it doesn't always one-shot zombies, so instead they'll be launched high into the air, and then die on impact with the ground.

Is there a player proof block?

I noticed that the blink drive from Modular Power Suits is slightly less glitchy in Ultimate 1.0.2 than it was in 1.0.1, but I was still able to get through my warded blocks by spamming. I didn't test ender pearls but they probably still work too. If only the defense station weren't so power...
