    It's hard to tell you what mods to take out, not knowing how you play. ShneekyCraft is an *excellent* mod pack for lower end computers. And any computers really. He updates it regularly, has great communication and is open for feedback.

    Extra Bees had some issue I believe, but it will be in the version 7 of the pack, which might go up in the next 24 hours or so. (I added it myself and it works just fine) Ars Magica has some balance issues, so it won't be included at this time (though it *may* be included in a Magic World 2...

    You need to make sure you're both running the same version of the Ultimate Pack as the one he installed on his server.

    Welcome back! I'm playing on the 1.5.2 NGT pack, waiting for the newest build. I'd love to play with the mod packs people are making, but I'm not popular enough (around enough) to get in on them.

    Yeah I don't think you can use a redstone engine with a Quarry at all. And it won't run because it can't possibly produce enough power for it.

    A redstone engine isn't nearly enough power for a quarry. It needs at least 2 MJ/t to run.And also, you just need a redstone signal (lever, torch)

    I'm playing on the 1.5.2 NGT pack and I was mining around on a boss health bar came up on my HUD. I couldn't actually locate said King Slime anywhere - just wondering if anyone knew what mod added this? And maybe a bit of info about it? Thanks :)

    Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've chosen and downloaded the 1.5.2 version 5, but my files don't have Soul Shards, Mystcraft, etc and the versions don't match the changelog that has been posted.
