Post 1.4.7 you can change the verticality setting for flight control in the tinker table. Putting it all the way one way (can't remember which) makes it like creative flight. The down button can be rebound in the vanilla keybind menu and pressing shift makes you move slower so precise movements...

Smelting a portal gun will lock it to the colour it last fired. You have to acquire another portal gun and smelt it on the other colour then combine them to restore full functionality.

How about, set up a second network (use the controller from your main network, this will only be temporary) which only has a storage bus as storage and connect the storage bus to whatever you want the items transferred into. Then connect an IO port to the network and use it to move the items...

You have to configure the export bus with what to export. If you want everything in a specific storage cell to be removed then try putting the cell in an ME ches tand piping out of it with buildcraft (or redpower or whatever you want).

Modular Powersuits Addons has the kinetic generator (and a few other things). It isn't in the DW20 pack but it is in Unleashed. EDIT: Also, you can use the thermal expansion energetic infuser to charge the suit.

I've seen people automate them before. Put the interface on top with the encoded pattern and set up the recipe in the rolling machine just like you would for the old automatic crafting table.
