You want to use the item before you add flux, since stonebound is based of durability, not the flux. I'm not sure how much to let it be damaged for maximum effect though.

FTB probably wont have a pack for 1.7 for a while, so more players (here) will try if you finish it for 1.6 first.

I like it. Haven't used it yet, but some thoughts on it. Have a tiny version that you can get early game. Even a config option to start with it in the bonus chest. Being able to customize is great, but it should be late game. Mid game should have an easier to make then custom one, but fixed...

With everyone starting to use in-game books for their mod information, what about getting a book to start with that lists each of those books? With new mods it's hard to keep track of what one have special books. Maybe even have an option to make a special bookcase that lets you read all those...

I've never used AE before, so how much space should I set aside in my base for it?

A simple mob farm. Put one at the top of a deep pit. Enough to hurt, but not kill. Other portal under a mob. After collecting a bunch go back and kill them safely.

Apparently the new xycraft (that's not out) will have dim-able lights. And the light will able to have any color, not just the 16 basic ones.

By how far apart to plant them, I heard that making nodes close together will combine to a bigger one, but having them separate nodes is better.

Do they produce a node every time? How far apart should they be planted? Would planting at max height or bedrock help?
