    [1.7.10] Material Energy^4

This would be REALLY great news. You release such high quality, finished packs, instead of a WIP pack like a lot of other authors do. However, your releases have always been in need of some post-release TLC to tidy things up. This would put your packs on a quality level that literally no...

    Blood N Bones [Hardcore Survival]

This is great news. The one thing I disliked the most was the need to find info in these forums, and dig through the PAGES and PAGES to find that 1 important nugget of info.

Also, it looks like modpacks on Curse will allow you to download them separately from the Curse Client. (Go to the modpack page, click other downloads, download the latest zip.) Most FTB modpacks have already been uploaded here and are available for direct download...

    [1.7.10] Material Energy^4

These were the reasons I started playing with how to update the mods in the pack: Magnet resetting animations -REALLY REALLY annoying, makes switching items and using bows difficult. Tinkers Defense - out of date, bug with repairing tools made of its materials, fixed in 1.1 Minechem - out of...

    [1.7.10] Material Energy^4

Yeah I walked away after seeing that at first too. Now I'm playing with the torcherinos (have 11 right now) and they're pretty OP. I had to go watch a video to grasp how to actually turn them on. Still not sure how long it's going to take to do this, but I'm having fun setting up some crazy...

Are you opening these by hand, or by automated process? I tried opening a TON of these and didn't have any issues. Can you upload a crash report? They're usually pretty helpful in identifying the mod at fault. I am having an odd issue where when I log out of my save game, and try to reopen...

So taking my own advice to see what the result was, after updating forge I also had to update the following: COFH core Thermal Expansion Thermal Foundation Tinker's Construct Iguanas Tweaks Tinker's Defence Once doing this, most of my tools showing incorrect data could now be fixed, but a few...

    1) go to your ftb\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\ folder, check if you have 1.7.10-10.13.2.1291 already. If you do, proceed to step 3 2) Create a new folder here, name it 1.7.10-10.13.2.1291. Go download forge 1291 universal here and put in the folder you just created. 3) Go to the ME4...

A word of warning regarding the crossbow in this pack. Several people (including myself) have reported their worlds corrupting when their crossbows gained levels and were getting a LOT of redstone. There's definitely a bug in the version of either TiCon or Iguana's Tweaks in this pack that is...

    [1.7.10] Material Energy^4

There's already a portal in the deep dark. I also never found a need for the 2nd one that the quest gave me. Weird thing with that though. When I portal to the deep dark, I appear in a blank zone. I found that if I IMMEDIATELY quit my game (leave my world, but not exit the whole game) and...

I'm in the same boat. I finished making the torcherino after exploring Redstone Meltdown. Saw the remaining quests after that and said NOPE. 50 Octuple cookies? I'm good, thanks. These are the only quests I have remaining.

Liquid Transfer nodes work too. I think they're a tad faster than the basic fluid conduit from EnderIO, at least over short distances.

I did it. Worked great. In and out in so fast. To each his own. Mining those blocks was a SERIOUS PITA.

For slimy leaves, you need a slimy sapling from a reward bag (not sure if there was any other guaranteed way to get it, but I know I've gotten more than a few myself). Then use a silky tool to grab one of the leaves off the tree.

Actually, this modpack is considered a Modded CTM. CTMs have been around in vanilla for a long time. Go check out some of Vech's Super Hostile series. Even FTB's first "pack" was a CTM style map (the pyramid challenge), albeit not really an adventure based one. Since HQM's creation, we've...

20 direwolf slain yeilds 20 quadruples on 5 hour cooldown 1 wither slain yields 3 quintuple on 4 hour cooldown The cooldowns I assume are Minecraft hours, which ends up being just a minute or two for each CD. Very farmable, but annoying to wait. I have Wylde's Dream. This is really useful...
