I think that steam dynamos are equivalent to industrial steam engines since they were changed to output 80 RF/t.

Thermal Expansion uses its own power system now, Redstone Flux. TEs generators are called dynamos now.

Did you put a parachute in? It sounds like you are activating that. Hold forwards and shift in the air to activate the glider.

Specifically the remote orderer takes 1 LP energy per metre (block) from the remote orderer pipe plus 2500 if you are in another dimension. A single logistics power junction holds 2 000 000 LP energy (400 000 MJ (I think that is the right conversion)).

Are you using TE ingots? If not, try using them (and use a unifier to convert ingots).
