Yea. I have a vanilla account and I've logged in online thousands of times. I've enabled tokens and remember password. I've done everything correctly. I still cannot play offline.

Yes and yes. I've also enabled tokens etc. I've deleted and reinstalled the launcher a couple times. No matter what I try I still get the Mojang servers are down alert.
