Be careful with believing the content there. For example it stated before my edit, that a Wintry Bee needs snowcover instead of flowers. This is false (just tested it to be 100% sure).

Place a hopper above the centrifuge and let the router fill the hopper? It's not the direct answer to your question, but may be a workaround.

Are you losing biomass that is pumped into liquiducts? Are these liquiducts crossing chunk boundaries? From the changelog for 2.3 (the version for MC1.5.1): -Bugfix: Fixed a rare corner case where a bad interaction with chunkloading mechanics would cause Liquiducts to lose liquid.
