You seem to be using a version of forge for 1.6.4 not 1.6.2. Any time you see those java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: The first thing you check is to make sure you are using the correct version of forge.

It is re-crashing every time you load the server, or when you go there or just a one time crash? You need to destroy the block at that location.

You also might try the recommended version of forge, that is a really old version.

Not having Thaumic Horizons on your server is a really good idea, because it was removed in the latest recommended and users crash if they have the wand focus from it, which requires you to edit their playerfile with nbtexplorer to delete the fix.

installing oracle java is not an easy process on a linux system, the package managers use openjdk which has always worked, I have never had any reason at all to install oracle. several 1.7 packs don't even run on java 8.
