Remove inventory tweaks from the server mods folder. It's clientside mod.

That is most likely not the problem, you use
Java Version: 1.6.0_35, Sun Microsystems Inc.
Java VM Version: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (mixed mode), Sun Microsystems Inc.
which is outdated. If possible update your java to either java 7 or java 8.

Inventory tweaks runs serverside as well.

Minecraft version 1.4.7?? Java 6 might be too new for it.

Why not run FTB lite 3? runs on minecraft 1.7.10?

Maybe because he likes this one more? Or maybe he can't run ftb lite 3 because the cofh core thing(assuming ftb lite 3 has cofh core).
And I doubt its because this java version is too new. Look better and you see its open-jdk NOT the one from oracle.
So, @9dc remove this java and either go with java 6 or 7 from oracle, java 8 might work but I can't guarantee it.

installing oracle java is not an easy process on a linux system, the package managers use openjdk which has always worked, I have never had any reason at all to install oracle.

several 1.7 packs don't even run on java 8.

I have yet to see anyone have a problem with java 8 on minecraft 1.7.10 . And I know that it isn't the easiest thing to install on Linux but with the help of google it is easy, I know that because I once had to do the same thing.

Anyway, if @9dc doesn't respond there is no reason to keep going back and forth about what is or is not the problem.
He should first update to java 7 as I am almost 100% certain that that one should work, either be it open jdk or the one from oracle. If it then still does not work a new crashlog may shed new light on the problem.
