I wouldn't have this much trouble with identifying which items have what aspects if the game didn't just up and forget all of my aspects as well as what aspects each item has. At least I didn't lose my thaumnomicon progress. Yeah, I'm still bitter about that... Anyway, enough ranting from me...

Well, if nothing else, I just counted how much victus I need: 512 in total, and that's assuming none gets used up due to instability. I need to find a very good source of victus (And Herba (easy enough, sheared leaves), Lux (Torches), Granum (Seeds) and Bestia (no idea))

I need to make 16 lamps of fertility and 16 lamps of growth, for which I need to find a way of getting a total of 32 earth and fire shards, on top of all the other things to get and the inherent risks of infusion. I already got the 3 magician's blood orbs as well as the 32 golem animation cores...

They still help, as, for example, you might not realize that, for the Well of Suffering, for example, you need to have your Master Ritual Stone one block above the ground.

Alright, because I otherwise feel like I shouldn't have lost any progress, I got myself in a cheat sheet and got back my knowledge of aspects...as well as the three things I didn't know due to needing knowledge fragments to discover...you know what game? What happened to my thaumcraft progress? I have everything in the Thaumometer unlocked (barring any things that appear from fragments), I have a good thaumcraft system going...but I ended up forgetting ALL of my aspects! As in, everything's unidentified! I also lost all of my research points...

So, I just made a regeneration potion flask and put in a greater lengthening and power catalyst, giving me a potion with regen IV for 52 seconds. Long story short, it's a great item for powering my soul network, even if for no other reason to get the 50k LP to activate my well of suffering.

Really? That's nice to know. Still going to cost a lot of LP, but that reduced it by just under a third. I still need to get my well of suffering going strong, though.
