Now I'm trying to figure out how Someone Else could have possibly interpreted "swimming" to mean "without liquid." I mean, I know you're just going for clarity, but now I can't get the image of a horse flailing around in an empty black pit out of my head. :P

Just play. Set up basic stuff over and over again. Once you want a lot of something that's complex, you'll have enough knowledge to string together your previous small setups to get complex stuff. It's a little like building with lego pieces; there's millions of ways to connect four 2x4 pieces...

Has anyone ever pronounced this word NOT in that fashion? :P The node is destroyed when the block is destroyed, but I think you can still capture them, just like you can capture sinister nodes in totems (or whatever they're called).

If you're on a privately run server (the only way spawn protection would be affecting you), then you need to either /op yourself or go into server.properties and set the spawn protection radius to zero.

So you'll have the node, it'll just be encased in a weird wood block. :p

If you look at the Eula, I'd say that you're fine. You're not making money off of any of Mojang's content, really; their game is just the setting and basic framework. You're also not distributing any software using textures and assets directly.

And now I do too. :P I like to think that I know *most* of the stuff in my pack, but I've never really touched BC robots. They're kinda like PneumaticCraft's drones or Thaumcraft's golems, right? Maybe a little more rigid/exact?

BC robots shouldn't be disabled... I have no idea how they work, although they do look pretty cool. :p

I would advise you to put it in "General FTB chat," as it's generally MC related. You can always add a post saying "Moderators, if this is in the wrong section, please move it." Alternatively, you could ping a mod like @Padfoote and they could help out. :)

There is no config for turning off Hungry Nodes; only a config to disable their effects. @asb3pe has no interest in using TC in his current server/world, so capturing or even tainting the node isn't really an option.

Sometimes I try to use NEI's filter function to find something in a closet. Also, ctrl+z to undo bad lines while drawing. :P Turning off the EFFECTS of hungry nodes would make it safe, though, and that's what is meant.

No, as in, who is the person on the forums whose server you crashed? There is a person named @Someone Else 37, so you saying that the server is owned by "someone else" could mean that the server is owned by either Someone Else 37 or just some other unnamed player. The ambiguity is confusing...
