I was able to narrow it down to the mod BetterStorage.. removing that eliminated the crashing.

Well I rolled back forge to 1230 and it is still throwing the same error.. I guess I may have to go through and check each other mod to see if there is a conflict

What do the durability and enchant values in the config file represent. It lists all the mekanism tools enchantibility as 50, is this 50 as compared to say diamond which has a 10? And the durability values am am not sure how they are used, since mekanism tools each have hitpoints that are...
