Chunkloaders themselves don't usually cause many problems. It's what is in the chunks they are loading that does. Set up a reasonable timeout period for them so they stop working after the player has been offline for a certain time, then tell your players which chinkloading methods are approved...

Best tip is to encourage your players to play in a server friendly way. Regular backups (personally recommend rdiff-backup for linux installs) and a daily reboot just to keep things fresh.

Not familiar with the pack enough to know what version of Minecraft this is on. If it's 1.8 or later you might want to try bumping the RAM allocation to 5GB

Try reinstalling the pack. Not entirely sure why you would add veinminer to a pack that already includes that functionality as it contains ore excavator.

The only way to install our packs is using either the Twitch launcher or the FTB launcher, both of which are linked on the home page. There is no zip provided that you can download and install. If you want to play any of our packs you will need a launcher.

The servers tab at the top of the page is a good place to start.

Looks like you might be on the wrong version of the pack. Infinity Evolved was updated recently so it might be an idea to double check which pack version the server is running.
