    New door/fence idea

Reappearing Blocks, actually. Stolen from a tower with Wand of Equal Trade.

Thaumcraft 4 - Mana Bean Farm

Here's mine, which I just upgraded to double it. Each golem is harvesting 60 pods. Beans are collected using SFM Item Valves. p.s. why aren't spoiler tags working?

    New door/fence idea

Yes. They work just like you'd expect.

    New door/fence idea

OK I'll ask for it to be moved. And, I've just come up with a second, much easier way of getting the blocks to stick in that state. So, what blocks did I use? That should be an easy one to answer, and it sounds like you got it. But how did I get them to stick in that state? I have two methods...

    New door/fence idea

OK, what have I done here: Should work as a mob-proof door as well. Entites can be pushed through, but can't path through. *Edit* Actually it's not much use as a fence as they will push each other through if you walk past holding wheat. Seems to work fine as a walk-through mob-proof door though.

Moonstone Block being replaced by Stone (solved: Mining Tree!)

Has happened twice now, same block each time. Running out of Moonstone. Amy ideas? Nexus is all in one chunk.

Pick the launcher option to edit the mid pack, and enable the minimap mid that you like. I use Opis/MapWriter.

What can break through warded blocks?

Canopy Trees will grow their roots right through a warded block. Probably any other TF tree with roots will do the same. As will the trunk and branches, but not the leaves. Anything else?

    FTB - Curse Update

Sorry if I came over a bit strong as well. I get it, you have reservations about Curse, and I respect the fact that you are sticking to your principles despite the loss that it will cause you. I am personally boycotting Nestlé, Kraft, and Amazon, the latter of which is really difficult.

    FTB - Curse Update

Sure, you could go to the individual mod maker, and use their adf.ly link or click their donate button, and make your own mod pack and have problems logging in to servers because of different mod versions and configs. But if you want to use an organized system to download a whole set of mods and...

How do you add upgrade slots to JABBA barrels? Mine all say "Upgrade slots 0/0".

Set up a dedicated leaf farm. MFR harvester set to shear leaves, MFR Fertilizer fed from a cow farm set to turn on when your stock of leaves is low, and route the leaves into an Alchemical Furnace or three. I'm using Steve's Factory Manager to monitor the leaves level and route the leaves into...

Getting started in Magic Farm 2

That's a little bit harsh. A little bit.

Kill a wither. They drop sigils. Wrong, and wrong. Wrong in that it was extremely snarky, and wrong in that it's incorrect.

Yes. You use a "condition", and you can constrain it to a single slot or a range of slots.

Yeah, put a bucket of molten glass in the fluiduct and it'll only extract that. It will stop if there's some other fluid in the smeltery underneath the glass, so it's no good if you're one of those types that keeps a bunch of different molten metals in your smeltery.

Having modding being independent of Mojang is a good thing.

Thaumcraft 4.1 - seriously easy compared to TC3?

There are 350 research aspects, i.e. 3 aspects for this research, 5 for that, etc. If I recall correctly it takes about 30 clicks to fix each aspect (some less, some a lot more, some seemed to take for ever) so even if you can keep up an average click rate of 1 per second including time out to...
