[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Is refilling a camel pack supposed to not return the glass bottles now? I only tried it with my Steve's Factory Manager autocrafting, I'll try it manually... yeah it works manually, but Steve's Factory Manager is no longer returning empty bottles via the Advanced Inventory Relay. I'll try...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Awesome! Should it be compatible with existing worlds? I'm going to give it a go anyway. *Update* Seems ok so far, and, finally got Basic Survival 100% completed! Yay! *Update* Except... there are NO mobs spawning. Not a single one, other than from spawners. Any ideas? I checked Options and...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

I don't feel a need for an "end game", the end should be up to the player. Re-build the ship? Build a huge rocket with a nuclear reactor and a huge pyrotheum tank in it? Refurbish a city and populate it with villagers? Build a spawning zoo with every kind of mob in it? If the quest book had an...

Some blocks don't render beyond 64 blocks away, e.g. chests, pneumaticraft, OpenBlocks tanks, etc. What is it about these blocks that causes this? What's the rule that determines that some blocks render all the way, and some cut out beyond 64 blocks?

I've had a couple of CTD's by right-clicking on various things with TiCo tools. Possibly related to the right-click-to-place-adjacent-block functionality.

Heart canisters should stay with you across all sync clones.

IMO, the first 6 machines should all be Autonomous Activators. Three making gravel, two making sand, and one making dust. Sift it and re-stock the hammers with Steve's Factory Manager. That way you're getting a steady supply of redstone, glowstone, gunpowder, bonemeal, diamonds, emeralds, lapis...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Weird. CustomChestLoot and RockDigger were both missing as well. I opened up the CrashLanding113Beta1.zip file that I used to create my install, looked through the mods list, and saw that those were missing from my actual install. I have no idea what happened to them! I just had the suffocation...

That's odd. I wonder why my 1.1.3 install doesn't have the ChickenChunks mod. I guess that's why I thought it was a previous version that did this.

You were looking for large parasitic jellyfish? :p

I've heard that going to a shell in an unloaded chunk can cause suffocation, and that you're supposed to chunkoload the shell storage. I think the old version of the map gave you two free spot loaders, but the new version doesn't include the ChickenChunks mod so I assumed that the problem was fixed.

[Ag Skies] What berries/fruit/juice producers grow the quickest?

I think it depends on the biome. Different plants grow at different speeds in different biomes. They all have two growth stages, but the speed that they move between stages differs.

    Modders that have left

Lots of people cared. And lots of people just couldn't resist the temptation to say mean things about people that gave us fantastic free stuff. No wonder modders give up, with this kind of nastiness being thrown around.

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Won't that pull it out regardless of data values, i.e. pull it out still fully charged as soon as it's been put in? What's the problem with SFM just looking for an exact item? Is it using the item twice in between trigger checks and skipping the exact value that you set it at? If so, you could...

Can Steve's Factory Manager interact with Ex Nihilo Barrels? I want to automate composting leaves, but it doesn't seem to want to work. I'm inserting in the top, whitelisted oak leaves, but nothing goes in.

What cool little thing have you discovered today?

...which is really annoying, having to separate the two liquids when there's only a tiny trace of mob essence that's not worth bothering with. I guess the reason I never had this problem in my last world was the Vacuum Hopper I installed which probably got the XP before the sewer did.

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

I wonder if the "1 per " distribution only works up to 64. Might need to duplicate the program on 2 controllers. Or, have you tried doing them in a for loop?

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Sure. But the advantage of having a large densely packed farm area, that you can walk around in due to the gates being above head height, and the fact that you don't need PCBs to make it, are compelling. Not sure how you'd light up the area, I don't know if a glowstone nook placed between the...

Hm, if AA's can do it with a right click, then SFM ought to be able to, but would be placed one block further away. Perhaps above, a ceiling of Block Gates? It would need a supply of items to right click with.
