Only bug I've found with 1.7 mods in my custom modpack is that when I die only my baubles items drop on the ground (if this is an intended feature in any mod let me know, it doesn't seem like a very good feature but you never know)

He never said the launcher let you distribute modpacks(I'm not saying it doesn't just that I wasn't aware of that)

I don't see the point of using a launcher for manually downloaded mods, it so easy to make one in vanilla launcher

I feel bad agreeing with this post as it insults Mojang kind of, but it's true, some mods seem to have features that I could never imagine being in vanilla just because of how much effort was obviously put into a certain thing like thaumcraft infusion.

I can't say I'm expecting it, becuase I haven't heard too much about it but honestly I'm scared for it. If mojang adds their own API for mods then I'm afraid what might happen to FTB. I don't want FTB to become not worth the time, I'm just not excited about the mod API idea

Mojang makes a good game. If they feel like they need to fix the previous code to fit new things, then they can and that's good. In a youtube video I heard someone say mojang was re coding a lot of stuff becuase the original code doesn't work well enough for how large the game is becoming, and...

It's 'not reccomended for SSP' that basicly means 90% of people are going to play in it SSP just to say they did it and feel good about themselves (this includes me)
