So after a lot of comfusion going around, I want to know how Optifine works with everyone. Does it increase your fps or does it kill it? It seems that everyone experiences it differently, so I'm interested in an average and if it could be recommended to use.

It also depends on how good your pc is. If you are running low to medium specs, I suggest the latest DW20 pack. If you are playing on a beast (hehe) then I'd say you go for either TPPI (TestPackPleaseIgnore, private code MegaSharkPunch) or Resonant Rise (Atlauncher)

^ This might actually be the issue. I could imagine that the actual tools have been disabled, since you can use ExtraTiC to make it into tools that way.

I've heard about magical crops being farmable via MFR, but I forgot if that was an addon or a config change or something else. However, are you able to do that in Monster? I don't expect the fertilizer to work, just the planter and harvester.

I've found winter to be somewhat easy actually. He doesn't really attack that much, so you can just keep on hitting him till you are somewhat low on health (Tinker hearts are a godsend). Then you cast your usual healing spell and repeat the button mashing.
