what is the difference between Minecraft and Windows 10 Minecraft?

I have the ability to update to windows 10 if I want. I know that there is a Windows 10 MC. If I move to windows 10, Does that mean I am only able to use this Win10 MC or can I use the same old mc/ftb/curse setup? In short, would anything have to be different if I moved to Windows 10?

yep... that is the one I'm referring too. I don't want to use dev versions, but yeah stable betas if they got them... I think its a good idea.

Minecraft has been terrible historically with the idea of fighting mechanics. The update info bullits mention nothing of attempting to revert the clunkiness of 1.8. People have been waiting on an MC API since 2012.

In a game that wasn't designed for combat, does combat horribly from a functional and visual standpoint, MC 1.9 is all about combat. In a game that was intended for expanded content from outside sources, MC 1.9 is still nothing to do with an API.

Hahaha... just riding a boat up the slime waterfall to the slime island.... like a boss.

Once I got closer I realized it was a slime island with one side of the slime pond not closed off. So blue slime water was falling from the sky. This world is getting strange lol.

There is also a light blue tower going striaght into the sky.... any idea about that one?
