MCPE and windows 10 most likely will connect to each other when 0.12.1 releases. Win10, as of now, will run 0.12.0, but when it gets 0.12.1, they will be compatible. I'd say it'll release in around a couple weeks to 3 weeks.

As of now, Win10 MC can't support mods, but Lex Manos did talk to Microsoft and they said that they want to make it moddable.

Windows 10 MC is basically MCPE, with a few things missing. Mojang did state that they will make have win10 and mcpe mine craft have the same exact version.

On my infinity world, I made 4 big turbines and also made 160 (something like that) steam boilers from MFR.... You also might like going the solar route, making recipes for AE2 to make all of the components for the high end ones. They are VERY expensive no matter what point you are in the game...

I've found that the Thermal Expansion lumium lamps are a great lightning choice. I switched to those after I had found out about the project red lights problem.

I'm pretty sure that those two mods work together. I've seen a pack with them both in it.

First of all, what are your computer specs? We should have a bit of an insight about that before we recommend big packs such as infinity, etc.

Can you enchant it with the repair enchantment from thaumcraft? Other then that, you may be able to /give it to yourself with some crazy durability that may make it not break.

There is a mod called Jurassiccraft that allows for this... It requires a lot of work, however.

(One of the) Only times I play vanilla is when I play minigames, which, isn't even vanilla, it has plugins. I still enjoy vanilla, and will probably start a small 1.9 playthrough, but IMO, mods are superior.
