Boys & girls I need to pick your brains on this one!

First and foremost, I used Cursed Earth a million times before, so I (should) know how it works.

Dark room, spreads on dirt, no sunlight etc etc.

I made a mob spawner room yesterday to grind some mob essense, and worked absolutely fine. I put in one block of cursed earth with dirt, in spread in no time and stuff was spawning.

Then something came up, I had to change some things in the room, so I dug up all the cursed earth, fixed what I had to fix, and set up everything again.

Since then, nothing, and I do mean nothing has happened. Cursed earth is not spreading, and nothing has spawned there in the last 24 hours.

I'm absolutely baffled. I removed the Magnum Torch and Chunk Loader and quit game for half an hour to make sure my chunks are reloaded, but still nada.

I used this exact same setup plenty of times before in other maps and never had problems.

Suggestions are welcome :(

Some screenies of my setup:

As you can see, no lighting issues either.

Bah never mind. Found the problem.

ProjectRed Lamps. Even if they're off, and F7 shows red crosses all over, they're never really off.

I removed the lamps and all hell broke lose with spawning stuff.

I've found that the Thermal Expansion lumium lamps are a great lightning choice. I switched to those after I had found out about the project red lights problem.

I tried those first, but they set my cursed earth on fire!

Then I switched to the vanilla redstone lamps. They seem to do the job.

That's strange... They didn't set mine on fire...

Those are whay I usually use. You've got to put covers on them if you're outside, though, as conduits don't block the sky.
