I was actually thinking of perhaps using @McJty 's environmental controller from RFTools and having a flying module inside it. That solves the flying, I THINK. :p Edit: wait, that means if you want overworld "no limit" flight, you have to have environmental controllers EVERYWHERE.

If you were to disable all flying items entirely, that wouldn't solve his problem, because he mentioned he needed to disable flying in OTHER dimensions. If you disabled the crafting recipe, you wouldn't be able to fly in the over world at all. (/gamemode 1 FTW :p)

Do you have cheats enables in your world? If you don't, you can open your world to LAN and enable cheats that way.

I deleted the arrow in MCEdit. I crashed with another issue involving a chunkloader. I removed that as well. I am now crashing and it is hard to make out why. http://paste.ubuntu.com/11946780/
